Do you blame your past, your family, your partner, your job, your circumstances or a series of other unfortunate things about his place in life. If so, then, by definition, are choosing to identify yourself as a victim. Now I know that being a victim is very bad, but what I’m going to say next may help you reconsider the said election. Election? Yes choice! This is because that is exactly what their decisions. Let me explain. What is the purpose of believing yourself to be a victim? You could say that there is no purpose. It’s just a fact, right? Well, please, if you choose to read, consider the following argument and see if it applies to you. One of the purposes of identifying oneself as a victim so that: 1) You can blame someone or something else about the situation of one, so, 2) You can feel free from any blame or responsibility for their situation so that 3) You may feel better about themselves ie, more relaxed, calmer, more free to accept, worth more autonomy, self-esteem and greater autonomy.

So, in short: (A) the identification of oneself as a victim helps them feel more relaxed, calmer, more self accepting, greater self-esteem and greater self-esteem. Now re-read the statement of (A) and decide for yourself whether it sounds like a rational or reasonable statement. To help you may wish to recall the last time I felt like a victim. Probably felt some or all of the following: pain, anger, fear, etc, diminshed, shame, weak, helpless, helpless now, in this description of feeling like a victim felt something like: relaxed, calmer, freer accepting, greater self-esteem and greater self-esteem? It is not possible. So although you may agree with the logic that led to the declaration of (A) that the conclusion, the statement (A) is not true feeling of it is? Well, that’s because it is not! If you recognize this fact small then you may wish to acknowledge this to you now. Once you’ve been noticing how you feel inside. If you followed me so far may be feeling some or all of the following: a sense of relief, more relaxed, more hopeful, stronger, safer, lighter, wider, happier.

and a greater sense of self worth. If it feels good to you, then you may wish to acknowledge to yourself and then again notice how you feel.
